Please use our platform responsibly. Don’t misuse the website or app, and don’t use it for commercial purposes without permission. Automated data collection (scraping, crawling) is prohibited.
You’re responsible for reviewing the host’s payment and cancellation policies before you book. We’re not a payment processor or merchant of record; we just help coordinate your reservation.

We expect all guests to treat hosts and properties with respect. Violations (harassment, illegal activity, damage, etc.) may result in account restrictions or bans.

We do our best, but things happen. We’re not liable for indirect damages or service issues caused by the provider. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation.

We encourage you to resolve concerns by contacting us first. If needed, disputes will be settled by arbitration in New York under AAA rules.
