FurnishedNow facilitates bookings between guests and the property manager or owner who operates the apartment, suite, or property you see on our platform. Each manager sets their own cancellation, modification, and refund terms, so the policy that applies to your reservation is the one communicated by that property manager.
We encourage you to read the specific cancellation policy that is linked on every listing and included in your reservation confirmation. Policies vary by manager, rate type, length of stay, and season, and they can change at any time, so verifying the latest terms before you book ensures you understand your responsibilities.

Because the property manager owns the reservation, they also administer any cancellation, modification, or refund requests. We pass the request to the manager and they reply with the policy-allowed timeline, fees, and any paperwork. In most cases, refunds, if any, are issued by the manager and subject to their banking cycle.
Certain rates are explicitly marked as non-refundable or prepaid. Those rates offer a lower price in exchange for an irreversible cancellation posture. Once booked, these reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the property manager stipulates otherwise.
If you need to change your travel dates, the property manager’s policy will determine if they can adjust the reservation, if a penalty applies, and how much of your paid amount transfers to a new stay. Submit the request as soon as possible, since availability and pricing may shift.
