About this space
This is an adorable studio-style apartment in a typical brownstone home in vibrant Harlem. Perfect for a solo traveller, a couple, or even a small family, it's a fabulous place to begin your NYC adventures. The owners are a journalist and a cinematographer who have travelled the world, so they know a thing or two about what people want when they're away from home. All the modern conveniences are there, including in-apartment laundry facilities, two coffee makers, and cable TV with premium movie channels. But it also has charm aplenty – we love all the original paintings and the ornamental fireplaces which look wonderful against the exposed brick. And, your hosts will even provide a welcome pack for your arrival including snacks and your first breakfast, so all you need to do is kick back and relax on arrival. From here, you can hop between Harlem's live music bars, and dine on delicious food at local dining spots. Iconic Central Park is twenty-five minutes away on foot, and if you want to travel further afield just hop on the subway at 135th Street station – it's only a seven-minute walk from your front door.
