Location-wise, this pad is in the heart of the Upper East Side, which is considered one of the most affluent areas in the city. It's a quiet, primarily residential neighbourhood, but there are still an array of upmarket eateries, chic wine bars and classic New York delis to discover nearby. Plus, Central Park and The Metropolitan Museum of Art are a twenty-minute stroll away, so this is an excellent spot for culture vultures to call home.
